Follow Face AE frame spec. as below
a: Line Width: 4 pixel
b: Square distance: 2 times of eye distance
c: In the period of 10 seconds from preview start, show frame if face has been distinguished

2. Reduce the delay time of AE stability from 7.5sec to 5 sec when Face is out of windows
3. Improve AE stability when light is turn on and off switch

increase the target to make Face detection possibility

2. Get BSOD 0x133 when close YouCam after cold boot
3. Camera APP( build Win8 9200) get no image issue after resume ( S3)
