Advantages of the webcam:
60FPS and 720P True resolution GoPro like for $50. Cam in video recording mode can record up to 4K 30FPS and 1080P 60FPS. Im assuming the came is using filters to double the FPS in 1080P
Disadvantages of the webcam:
True Megapixel is only 1MB, its natural picture quality aint so good in comparison to even cellphone cameras.
