Advantages of the webcam:
Great Document Cam, works well for teaching, has autofocus
Disadvantages of the webcam:
I only use the top half of a page then slide it down to continue or turn it around 180 for something new. I can take a photo of a full page but while interactive it's not large enough. Not sure if this can be overcome though.

Was very inexpensive used and works well. The main hinge broke but can be managed with a large clip. The newer ones have hinges which can be tightened and are better but so far they all seem to be dark green.
