Advantages of the webcam:
At least there is one.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Everything else. Poor quality. My phone from 2005 had better camera resolution. Video quality at 12 FPS and tremendous amount of motion blur takes you back to 2007 vibes, which should only be good if you paid 2007 prices for it.

The rest of the notebook is fine, but the webcam is crap. I only give "poor" rating and not awful, because I've seen worse, but only in budget laptops. This should be higher tier. My much cheaper phone has waaay, way better front camera.
