Advantages of the webcam:
Picture is good. I haven't used a webcam for many years and this is better than the old Logitech round webcams we use to have. I bought this one at Cheap As Chips for under $40.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Normally I don't need a webcam, but I would like to studying online where I will need a webcam with a microphone. This particular model doesn't have a microphone, so I may shop about to find one with a built in microphone.
