Webcam Test

Review #155078 about “Logitech Brio 4k”

Webcam: Logitech Brio 4k
Rating: Good (4 out of 5)
Date:

Advantages of the webcam:
It is clear enough to see through and get a clear picture. It also records sound decently. It is very easy to set up for novice users and those of us that are not so tech savy. It doesn't require any extra software or settings to use. It is truly a plug and play device. While maintaining the option of using additional software to access more settings.

Disadvantages of the webcam:
It clearly says and is marketed as a 4k webcam but every test I've ran on it only shows it preforming at 1920x1080p which is very different from 4k in my opinion. It isn't the most securely mounted unit you can get. It gently sits on top of your monitor and can easily be knocked off or moved.

Author’s comment:
It is a good webcam that preforms great just not as great as it is marketed to. It is an all in one webcam with a microphone so there is no need for a microphone when using it to video call. I like the ability of facial unlock and verification so that you don't always have to type in passwords. Very seamless in that regard. Overall 7/10
