Advantages of the webcam:
Primary function is as a high quality action cam, but can be used as a usb webcam
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Widescreen. Can't zoom in. Restricted to 1080p at 30fps whereas as an action cam can get 4K at 60 fps. Although it has an in built microphone it is not showing on the webcam info of this site

Needs a lot of power, so some computers' usb is not cannot provide enough power to it.
