Advantages of the webcam:
sold as a 4k camera but clearly is not . Each time it is tested is providing a different set of information. Probably a camera with defects ?
Disadvantages of the webcam:
a lot of flicker . Sometime when it is tested it show 9 FPS. Apparently 4k but resolution as 640x 480
