Advantages of the webcam:
Works stright out of the box on Windows 7. Very many don't as the motherboard is picky.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
No clamp so it just perches on top of the laptop screen

Can't compare it to any other as 4 pervious cameras failed the install process !
