Advantages of the webcam:
Camera sits on top of flat screen. Has folding thread mount for using a tripod This model is a round shape with a 3 level tap ring light to improve resolution Shows a green record light on front
Disadvantages of the webcam:
To my knowledge has no controls for zoom or focus. Definitely does not have any directional of aiming capacity.
