Advantages of the webcam:

It’s a low-tech solution to a high-tech problem, giving you 100% peace of mind that no one is watching when you aren't in a meeting. Acer TNR (Temporal Noise Reduction): Acer uses software processing to reduce "noise" (that grainy look) in video. It works by comparing frames to clean up the image in real-time. Integrated Microphones: It usually features a dual-mic array with AI noise cancellation, which is often better than the camera itself, ensuring you sound clear even if the room is a bit noisy. Low Battery Impact: Because it typically runs at 720p (HD) resolution, it consumes less power and bandwidth than a high-end 4K external webcam, keeping your laptop cool during long sessions.

Disadvantages of the webcam:
Low-Light Struggle: Like most budget laptop sensors, it performs poorly in dim environments. If you don't have a light in front of you, the image will look "muddy" or pixelated. Fixed Focus: It lacks autofocus. If you try to hold a document or a product close to the lens to show someone, it will likely be a blurry mess. 720p Resolution: In an era where 1080p is becoming the standard, 720p can look a bit dated on a high-resolution monitor.
