Advantages of the webcam:
It's good for a pc webcam backup if needed.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Has no mic output on the webcam mode, only uses mic when on camera mode, but if you can't use the built in mic, you need to use a headset or other mic that can plug into the pc.

this site exposed the 4k feature, now i know it's just 0.31 mp and not 4k
