Advantages of the webcam:
The quality and FPS is pretty good. For just under 15 dollars can this be a very nice camera especially for the price and for zooms or any meeting will this be perfect. for a just starting streamer or youtuber this is a perfect start for 15 dollars if you do have to go budget and the color accuracy is nice.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
For things like live streaming and things that would require professional level of quality and detail will this probably not fully meet your needs if you are a famous or when you need the highest of quality. And this webcam does suffer from noise although it really isn't that big of a deal and it's kinda like you will instantly be able to see it but it really doesn't matter it blends in well.

Site is pretty good, webcam is pretty good infact perfect for the pricing. So for price, perfect, but in general, decent. If were talking highest quality then it's meh.
