Advantages of the webcam:
Recycle old phone Amazing at low light, high FPS, windows only allows 2K capture. Phone supports 4K but can't get windows to see it.

Disadvantages of the webcam:
Not plug and play with windows, need free Iriun Web Cam software Phone is only USB 2.0 Can use Wi-Fi It supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 5) on dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Apple says max speed is 450 mbs if your lucky!!!,
