Advantages of the webcam:
Since it's technically no longer supported by Logitech, it's cheap!
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Old, no longer supported by Logitech. Only 10 frames/sec frame rate.
Author’s comment:
Had to disable device and delete driver. Then unplug device and replug. Finally, after several attempts, it appeared in the device manager under Cameras instead of USB Controllers or Sound, Video, and Game Controllers. From there I disabled the driver and re-installed the 'Generic' MS USB Video Driver. Then my camera worked!
