Advantages of the webcam:
"The advantage of utilizing the webcam on my Lenovo LOQ for this assessment is twofold: technical reliability and professional engagement. Technically, the high-definition resolution and integrated dual-array microphones ensure that my video and audio are crisp, clear, and free of background distractions. From a professional standpoint, this high-quality setup allows me to effectively communicate non-verbal cues, present myself confidently to the General Mills team, and ensure complete transparency and integrity throughout the evaluation process. Additionally, the built-in privacy shutter allows me to manage my digital security responsibly."

Disadvantages of the webcam:
While the built-in webcam on my Lenovo LOQ is convenient, it does come with a few standard hardware limitations. The primary disadvantage is its reliance on optimal room lighting; because the camera sensor is small, the video feed can become grainy or pixelated in low-light conditions. Additionally, the fixed position of the camera in the screen bezel means the viewing angle is tied to the display's tilt, which can sometimes make it difficult to find an angle that is both flattering for the camera and comfortable for typing.
