Advantages of the webcam:
The only advantage is that it is inexpensive compared to others which have an auto focus.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Main disadvantage I found out is that the picture gets frozen off & on during my video trainings. This is disgusting. Sometimes it helps if I switch off and then swich on the camera. But that does not help always. Also the resolution of the picture is low under low light condition.

I won't advise to buy this webcam. If you are using your webcam for frequent video meetings, trainings, then purchase a costlier one with auto focus, better resolution and hopefully without this nagging picture-freezing problem.
