Advantages of the webcam:
With UVC/UAC mode, natively compatible with all operating systems, gives 1080p/60. As expected from a full-frame mirrorless camera, good quality in low light.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Expensive, bulky.

No need to install janky software like Nikon Webcam Utility, now the support is native across Linux, macOS and Windows.
