Advantages of the webcam:
The webcam is a built in one, it provides a good resolution, it allows a virtual access to work remotely and provides a good real time video communication means as an interpreter.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
AS working remotely, it presents a potential risk of security and privacy. Hackers can access it to watch and listen to you if not really secured.

It is good while on a real time video conversation for confidentiality of both parties.
