Advantages of the webcam:
Cheap find on Amazon.ca after reviewing various "no-name" brands (ie. Not Logitech, not Razer, not Microsoft Lifecam, etc). Was $26 CDN down from $98 list price on Black Friday 2020.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
More fish eye than this guy would buy, sigh. Also, has a tripod mount but no monitor clip included, so can't centre it easily to your computer screen when teleconferencing.

Needed to run the test in Microsoft Edge as Chrome was blocking some features. Never thought I'd see a day when Microsoft Edge was more useful than Chrome for something.
