Advantages of the webcam:
Cheap, light, autofocus
Disadvantages of the webcam:
Microphone does not work. Bad contrast and light adaptation, I wash out as soon as the sun is out, and am very dark otherwise.
Author’s comment:
For 20 Euro or so it's not a bad deal. But it is not a good camera, even if it was marginally better than my 20 year old Logitech.
