Advantages of the webcam:
Reasonable Picture Quality, Rock-Solid Reliable, Decent Microphones.
Disadvantages of the webcam:
In light of 4k options coming out, this one is getting a little bit dated, but is still very good for what it is and does at a fraction of the cost of a 4k.

This is still a working option for 99% of users who don't work in 4k resolution.
