Advantages of the webcam:
It doesn't work. Lenovo tech says "bad from factory", but I as a former tech, I believe he said that just to get away from trying to diagnose the problem. But he didn't know anything. Checked everything remotely I had previously checked. So he was no help. In fact, Lenovo tech support is almost non-existent. I don't like anything about my webcam!!!

Disadvantages of the webcam:
Besides not working, your test said perhaps it doesn't have enough colors to function properly. I don't know what that means or how to tackle that.

Lenovo's Laptop is worst problem plagued pc I have ever owned, (going back to Win 95). Within first week problems began showing up. Granted it is windows 10, which by nature has a problem/bug infested reputation. It's under full warranty, yet getting help from a true upper level tech is like pulling teeth! I plan on writing mail, real mail, to everyone at Lenovo who I think might help resolve the issue. There are so many problems it is almost unusable! Before the Tech signed off he gave links to do the "reset", but left the session without explaining which option to use. I decided to use the one that's not supposed to delete any files, photos, or docs. Guess what? - The reset failed, "An unknown problem etc,etc. etc. prevents the process from proceeding." Tried again, same result, so this "wonder wizard fix all" was worthless. I WANT A NEW LAPTOP. Do you think I can sue them???
