Advantages of the webcam:
The MS inbuilt webcam shows grainier image than the webcam test site
Disadvantages of the webcam:
wide-angle of 90 FOV is a disadvantage for me personally in office meetings. Guess I have to use the blur background a lot more. This is not a camera disadvantage.
