Advantages of the webcam:
Being that it is a standalone webcam it is great for respondus lockdown browser. When prompted to show my surroundings it is easy to pick up and point wherever needed, rather than a built in laptop webcam. Also It comes with a tripod and monitor clip so it can be positioned in different areas easily. Also it is available on Amazon Prime!
Disadvantages of the webcam:
I'm not sure if its the webcam's fault but occasionally I will have it disconnect (may be a motherboard issue on my PC). Aside from that its decent, built in audio is a bit bad but its built in audio on a webcam so what can you expect.
