Advantages of the webcam:
Logitech HD C270 Ease of use. Plug and play. Worked fine with windows 10 and other apps.

Disadvantages of the webcam:
The Webcam video stopped working no matter what computer I tested it on. I have another C270 and it works just fine on all my computers. The first one is malfunctioning but I can not find out how to test for a hardware malfunction or fix it.

How do I test the hardware the actual Logitech HD C270 Webcam? I have done everything suggested the problem appears to be the webcam. How do I prove It?
